About

I try to understand how an organization actually works.

Then I design and build technology that solves the real problem.

I am a Digital Transformation and Workforce Technology Strategist with a background in software engineering and a strong interest in how technology can improve the way people, organizations, and systems work together.

My work sits between business and technology. I spend a significant amount of time understanding problems, investigating how existing systems operate, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing technology solutions that are practical and sustainable. This has led me to work across areas including digital transformation, workforce technology, software development, business analysis, and technology consulting.

I am particularly interested in the future of work and the systems that support it. I believe that effective technology is not simply about introducing new tools; it is about understanding the people, processes, incentives, information, and decisions surrounding a problem.

Alongside client and professional work, I use my platform as a laboratory for documenting what I learn, exploring new ideas, conducting research, and sharing practical insights. My long-term goal is to contribute to the development of better systems while continuously learning from the problems I encounter in the real world.

Direction

Mission

My mission is to understand complex problems at their roots and use technology, strategy, and systems thinking to create solutions that make organizations and people's work better.

Vision

To contribute to a future where technology is thoughtfully designed around people, organizations, and real-world needs, creating systems that are useful, sustainable, and capable of evolving with the people who depend on them.

  • CuriosityI continuously question how things work and look for opportunities to understand them more deeply.
  • PracticalityGood ideas matter when they can be translated into solutions that work in the real world.
  • Continuous ReadingTechnology and society keep changing, so I treat learning as a permanent part of my work.
  • IntegrityI value honest analysis, responsible decisions, and doing the right thing even when it is less convenient.
  • ImpactI care about whether a system actually improves a situation, not simply whether it has been built.
  • PeopleTechnology exists to serve people, so their needs, experiences, and realities should remain central to every solution.
