I try to understand how an organization actually works.

I am a Digital Transformation and Workforce Technology Strategist focused on designing technology and systems that help people and organizations work better.

I work at the intersection of technology, people, and organizations. My work combines digital transformation, workforce technology, software engineering, business analysis, and technology strategy to understand real problems and turn them into practical systems. I enjoy going beyond building software to understanding the systems, processes, and people behind the problems technology is meant to solve.
